Cubra com um pano ou coloque em um saco pl\u00e1stico pr\u00f3prio para alimentos. Deixe crescer por mais 30 minutos. Junte as frutas e coloque em uma forma de bolo ingl\u00eas untada. Cubra e deixe crescer at\u00e9 dobrar de volume. Leve ao forno, preaquecido em temperatura m\u00e9dia, por 50 minutos ou at\u00e9 assar e dourar. Desenforme e deixe esfriar sobre uma grade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare a cobertura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Misture o a\u00e7\u00facar com o suco, aos poucos, at\u00e9 obter um creme grosso.
